Had a good first experience and will be buying more from them. Ordered army painter mega set for only 89 bucks! Along with a few minis...order came within 2 weeks. Everything came packaged nicely no damage or anything. Overall happy I went with them

Customer Service is Useless

Got notification my (2) pre-ordered Shining Fates ETBs had shipped, but never got a notification it was delivered. Week later I checked the tracking and saw it was marked delivered, but had not received it. 2 months of back and forth emailing (you get no useful info by calling, other than send an email and someone will get back to you) and the "resolution" was basically i was SOL.
I am out $100 with no cards, and 2 months of emailing wasted.
What a terrible experience.
UPDATE: I did eventually receive a store credit after being a complete pain for weeks, but it hardly feels worth the time and effort required. Not even going to add a star.

6 months and still no order

I preordered 3 boxes of digimon 1.0 booster boxes back in November, 4 months before its release in February. In January, myself and many others all received emails claiming Bandai dropped the ball and gave them bad info, as well as claiming Bandai would not be reprinting set 1.0. They gave me the option for supplementary packs that wouldn't be releasing until possibly May. Bandai Namco sent out an official response denying there were any issues and they would be reprinting set 1.0, despite what some retailers (gamenerdz) claim.
I'm part of a discord which is 5k members strong, and gamenerdz is the only company that seems to have an issue with the pre-orders.
It is now April 25th, 6 months after I paid to PREORDER booster boxes that now cost 4 times the asking price at the time of me paying, and I can't help but feel that is the actual reason for the delay. I couldn't be less happy with this company.

They are stellar every time.

I have made several wonderful orders from them and have several great interactions with their customer service. They are stellare every time.

Slow............Wheres my order??

I placed an Order on March 24th it is now March 31st and on the website it still says "Awaiting Fulfillment"...
This is the 20th Century I do not understand why its taking so long. Covid is a terrible excuse. When I can order something from Japan and it gets to my home in Arizona quicker than from a company located in Texas.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased two game inserts and then later decided I wanted to add to my order. Game Nerdz had excellent customer service and were very accommodating. My order was delivered in a timely manner. I would love to purchase from them in the future. Their prices were lower than Amazon.

great company

great company! david is all over social media making sure customers are happy.i have spent over 700 dollars with them in the last 6 months and everything was great.not one issue.my preorders usually get her BY street date or maybe the next day.

Will never order from this site again

Will never order from this site again. Falsely advertised a product, then when I tried to return the product had to pay shipping back and a 15% restocking fee which is ridiculous.

Unrecommended

Unrecommended. Buyer beware.
I am not satisfied with their return policies at all.
Was charged 15% restocking fees in addition to the shipping fees that they charged me for the return.

Placed my order and recieved…

Placed my order and recieved confirmation of the order quickly. Communication was great. Due to the virus I understood it might take a little longer. Tracking the package through there website was also great.. i will definitely be buying more from them.
